Chewy Bite is the trading name of Matthew Gundry-White, a home bakery in Bromley, registered with the London Borough of Bromley (food hygiene rating 4). Contact: info@chewybite.co.uk.

Joining means you'll get an email when cookies open for ordering. Nothing else. Unsubscribe in one click, any time.

How ordering works

Cookies are baked in limited, small batches. When a bake opens for orders, everyone on the email list gets the order link — it's first come, first served while boxes last. Orders are paid up front to reserve your box.

Freshly baked = limited cancellations

Because every cookie is freshly baked to order, once we've started baking your order it can't be cancelled or refunded. This doesn't affect your legal rights if something arrives faulty or not as described — if there's ever a problem with your order, email us and we'll put it right.

Allergens — please read

Every cookie contains gluten, milk, egg, soya, tree nuts and sulphites, and may contain peanuts and sesame. They're made in a home kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any cookie is free from cross-contact. The full ingredient list for each flavour is shown before you pay and comes with every box. If you have a serious allergy, please don't risk it.

Collection & delivery

Most orders are collected from our partner pickup point at the stated day and time window — please collect within that window, as these are fresh, perishable goods. Where local delivery is offered (Bromley / BR postcodes), please give us the correct address and a contactable number. Cookies are best enjoyed fresh — keep them cool and dry.

Prices

£4.50 per cookie; £24 for a box of six (any mix). Prices may change for future bakes.
